“It’s never too late to return to study, whatever your qualifications are” That is a slogan hang on the one university’s doorway. That is very attractively and encouragingly for people returning to school for study. On April 20, 2008, I just got a new job career changed and the English communication is necessary during the work. By reason of the career satisfaction that study English is to be necessary. However, this is a hardly decision in my career life. How to study well and get the nice performance in employment as well that is a bigger problem.
This is the first time that I change careers entirely and there are many skills and knowledge need to be improve within this new professional area. How to management the time is a big challenge to me, if I decided to be a student again. Certainly, deciding to study at university is a big resolution. But according to the collect information that people have many different reasons for returning to education and they have a common of character is tend to benefit of career and attaining a degree. It means a higher education qualification has many advantage. After long thinking over, I decided return to the school and continue learning the langue and skill.
Now I had study in the Lung Hwa university about one year. It is so hard to take balance between study and work. The study is hardly while the job is busy. But I believe “All gains are made at some sacrifice”. Just cut down the personal entertainment to study and spent the much time to recite the vocabulary. Thought the training, now speaking or writing English is an easy thing to me. In this term, we start in English writhing of blog that also improve the degree to my regular business work. Returning to study not only push my limited to overcome the scare in foreign language but also achieve greater career satisfaction. Even now the homework are still very heavy but studying with the classmate who are just as interested as the same purpose. Decide to return is very difficulty and to be a student is stressful but I believe the result will be fruitfully.
