They will think about to purchase the house to be the owner. Of course they have the power to remodel and redecorate the home to match their wants and desires. They will be able to live in their house as long as they like, but they also need fix the monthly payments for 20 or 30 years with the credit of the house. Meanwhile, they have the duty to maintain the stable income in order to supply the credit. And also need to pay some of the daily expenses money for their family. To be the house-owner will be stressful than rent the house.
