To talk about a person who has influenced me the most, I think there is none other but my father. Working at tradition market he was a peddler in countryside. Meanwhile, he also managed a sauna to earning more money for an extended family. He doesn’t appear to be extraordinary in any way, but just working faithfully and peacefully raising his family, never putting his family or children aside. I always hear people in the neighborhood talking about him as a model son and family head. He is my beloved father.
However he seemed generally, he is never ordinary to me, because I had learned many of the most basic and significant life courses and experiences from him. He always taught some of the family, responsibility, bravery, truth, and should be down to earth to achieve the goals. He was the first and best teacher in my life.
There was a bad news hit to my family in 2002 year’s winter. My father done a health examination as usually. We can believe the little headache derive from brain tumor. How could we accept my dear father will leave our. That is hardly chosen to return my hometown to take care of my father or keep stay in Taipei and earning more money to support the medical expenses. Finally, I dismiss my job come back to my hometown to attend on my father. That is the most closet time between us. He taught us should be brave to face anything even thought you are at death’s door.
