One of the important person in my life that I respected and beloved is my great-grandmother. She was born in 1906.Foot binding and traditional thinking is her social identity.
When I was a child, I had lived with her. She is very thin and short. But she is very powerful to take care the children. There are five aunts and three uncles was brought up from her. The house keeping and plant the vegetable was her responsibility. She always could be manage everything very well. Just like the whole thing will be take control of her of course including me.
There are the deep recollection in my childhood. The great-grandmother was 80 years old and I was 8 years old. I play the voice recording and our chat was recorded on a tape. There was the last talk with her because she died of heart disease.
Even through the great-grandmother was pass away but her spirit of Taiwanese's traditional and hardy are always effect to me. Thus I regard my great-grandmother highly and love she very much.
