Communication styles is very important when you want to get the promote in the job.

In a special day, that I visit the friend who manage the fingernail salon workroom. Because we are long time no see each other therefore we have so pleasure in share our past experience in this few years. In my feeling she not only became independent and responsibility but also get the good manage in her workroom. She has never thought that she would become a manager one day in the future when she was a child. She leads two young girl who have a different communication styles between them. One is the direct when she feel unhappy she will show direct and not care about others but she have a excel skills in her job, and one is the affable and have a high EQ but she are still learning for fingernail salon. My friends told me she want to promote one of the girl to be a leader in salon. And there are hard to choose one of them. Because the communication is very important fro service industry even the employee have a great skill that can’t instead a nice communication.

In my opinion there a many different communication styles in our life, and what is the best way? I think that is absolute excellence. But if we want to get the promote from the boss we need to make a few adjustment in our own style to suit different situation that can improve our message through.
