A splendid lady who always dresses the tight miniskirt in the office is my colleague. The first image of hers behavior was outgoing and warm. Actually she gets the some friendly help from boys in the office.
On the other hand the girls think she is show off in the public area and they are unfriendly to her. Therefore she always adore in the boy’s team and the girls dislike her.
Consequently the culture in the office is a great Know-how. If you are new employ in an organization or company. The swank or fake always let coworker think you are unfriendly then you will lose some opportunity and promotion in the job.
In my opinion the new employee should be show the fervency about the job and smile to everyone. Keeping the smile and humble with the new job will help you win the friendship in the group.
